Order Confirmation
An order is not binding on Seller until Purchaser has received Seller's Order Confirmation or acknowledgment, which may be by electronic means.

Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled by contacting us within 48 hours of order placement. Orders for custom sizes may not be cancelled or changed; unless the manufacturing procces has not started when the cancellation is received.

Shipping
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in California via FedEx Ground. The standard shipping and handling charge is $50 per item. Pure will attempt to ship all merchandise within 4 to 6 weeks of order processing. When an item is in stock, it will be shipped within two days of order processing. Delivery estimates are good faith estimates only. Pure will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes.

Returns
Our products are guaranteed against defects. If you believe your item is defective and wish to exchange it, you must communicate with us within 10 days of receipt of the item and we will be glad to send you a replacement. Please note that scratches, brandings and occasional patches are a natural component of the hides and their tanning process and are not considered defects. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order and wish to return it you may do so within 20 days of receipt of order. A 20% restocking fee applies to all refunds. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 14 days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery... Claims received after 14 days of delivery will not and cannot be processed.

Custom size orders as well as International, including all destinations outside the Continental United States, are final.
